We met on a retreat in 2023 and quickly realized that our combined skills could make a significant impact on those struggling with burnout.


  • Hi, I’m Katie, your Burnout Coach & Habit expert! I help burnt out, overwhelmed women reclaim their energy & ease through nervous system regulation. I use an integrated model of cognitive and behavioral sciences to provide practical, actionable advice on how to build better habits - not for days or weeks, but for a lifetime.

With over a decade of experience as a Yoga Teacher, Professional Dancer, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and Positive Psychology Facilitator, I bring a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and science-backed psychology to create personalized movement coaching that will work for your lifestyle.
