This program will systematically target the cause of your pain by identifying imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns. Upon completion, you’ll receive a customized 2-week program of exercises, stretches, myofascial release techniques and breathwork to help restore pain-free movement and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.

With this program you won’t receive a diet or quick fix, but rather, a simple, sustainable way of eating that enables you to maintain a healthy weight and supports your unique lifestyle. I will show you how to build meals so you can finally stop guessing “is this good for me” and start enjoying the energy that comes from empowered eating. Following your final session, you’ll receive a customized 2-week meal plan tailored to your tastes, preferences, and sensitivities.
